It is believed that drinking a lot of water will decrease your jathragni, but mostly it is related to the pattern and the schedule of drinking it. anything beyond the limit is harmful in one way or another.
It is recommended to consume water instead of cold beverages, smoothies, wine, or anything else that will boost your calorie consumption.
Your body will also be detoxified as a result of drinking enough water, by expelling a greater amount of nitrogenous and other toxic wastes.
Drinking a glass of water before meals can help you lose weight since it gives you the feeling of fullness before you even consume your food.
Detoxification of your body can be aided by adding a few drops of lemon juice to a glass of water. A pinch of cumin powder can be used for good digestion.
Drinking water and weight loss –
