As I told earlier Yogaraj Guggulu contains only wood medicines and herbs but this is not the case in Maha Yogaraj Guggulu. Mahayogaraj Guggulu also contains ashes. There are Raupya Bhasma, Lauh Bhasma, Mica Bhasma, Mandoor Bhasma and Vang Bhasma. These ashes have their effects and properties.
Abhrak Bhasma – removes the disorders of Madja Dhatu. It quenches the accumulated vata due to vata. Marrow helps in the enrichment and protection of metal. It is beneficial in tendon disorders. By the way, it also helps in digestion and digestion.
Raupya Bhasma – quenches the increased Vata and Pitta on the nerves i.e. the ligaments. It helps reduce the contaminated or distorted vata present in meat dhatu. Increases the working capacity of tendons.
Suppressing Vata and Pitta provides strength to the nerves and muscles.
Mandoor Bhasma – Reduces the weakness of Madja Dhatu. Kapha is pitta-dhagdha and also helps in writing.
Banga Bhasma – works to provide nourishment and strength to successive metals. Kapha is a destroyer of gas. Brihan does Karma and Guna is Vrishya.
Lauh Bhasma – Its usefulness is especially high in bone marrow. It is Valya and Kapha is the destroyer of bile.
Mahayogaraj Guggulu also contains the addition of gold ash which is quite effective. Because golden ash affects the entire body. It quenches all three aggravated doshas. Along with reducing the defects, gold ash also nourishes all the metals. It strengthens the metal which has decayed and protects and creates energy in the body. Increases the immunity power of the body.
Golden ash is life-enhancing and strengthening. Due to its effect on the entire body, it mitigates and controls the impurities in the entire body.
Similarly, Shringa Bhasma can also be mixed with it. Shringa Bhasma acts as a thickener in Asthi Dhatu and helps in preventing bone decay. Due to the abundant amount of calcium in it, it strengthens the bones. Reduces gas-related disorders of Asthidhatu.
Although all the ashes are useful at all ages, they prove to be very beneficial, especially in old age when Vata dosha naturally gets aggravated.
Rasindoor – This is a chemical, yoga vehicle. Due to the presence of phlegm, it has a special effect on the respiratory system. There is also Vrishya.
Dosage – As far as possible, Mahayogaraj Guggulu should be given with Ashwagandharishta or with milk.
Mahayogaraja Guggulu does the work of metal confirmation. If we are sure that the metals in the body are depleting, and the metals are becoming weak, then we should use Mahayogaraj Guggulu.
Vata is prevalent in old age, which is natural. In this condition, Mahayogaraj Guggulu proves to be very beneficial.
Apart from botanicals and other medicinal substances, the inclusion of ashes in Mahayogaraj Guggulu proves to be more effective on our systems.
Mahayogaraj Guggulu should not be given for a long period.
One should avoid cold food, cold liquids like ice cream, kulfi, cold drinks, and refrigerator items.
Consumption of sour foods is prohibited. Some people especially insist on tamarind in Panipuri etc. Tamarind should not be consumed in any form.
If a patient is suffering from constipation, then both Yograj Guggulu and Maha Yograj Guggulu should be used along with mild laxatives so that the doshas can be eliminated from the body.
