In recent times in the COVID-19 Pandemic, all health clubs are closed.
People have to stay indoors. That does not mean you become lazy and stop exercising. Even without props and machines, one can build muscles and burn calories. Start with 15 to 20 minutes. If you are a beginner, do not jump for difficult exercise or overdo it. Start with brisk walking. Every time you start exercising, the warm-up is very important.
Basic exercise but very effective ones

- Jumping jacks

- Lunges
- High knees
- Use the stairs instead of the lift.
These exercises will allow your blood flow and heart to pump.
After exercising cooldown is equally important to lower your heart rate. If you have lesser time, then jog instead of walking. If you are bored alone doing exercise, then find a partner or play fitness videos. Choose wisely whatever exercise is appropriate for you. If you are a beginner, then start slowly and gradually. Increase your workout time. Listen to your body. Early morning exercises are recommendable. Stay motivated and determined. Set a goal and appreciate your efforts. Make exercise as an important part of your life as eating, sleeping, bathing, etc. Make it a habit. Health is wealth. Staying fit is a lifestyle.
