Ingredients

  • Half cup warm water
  • Half cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • Half teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients in warm water and drink immediately after preparing it. This measurement is only for one person and for one time.

Try to have this mixture minimum of twice a day and a maximum of thrice a day. First early in the morning empty stomach, before lunch and around 7 p.m. 

Pregnant women and people who are allergic to these ingredients should avoid this drink.
